Side Lying Teres Minor Stretch

Preparation:

Lying on your side on the floor or mat, legs out stretched. Position the arm on the floor forward of the body with hand pointing up. Using the other hand to grab the back of the hand.

Execution:

Keeping the elbow bent at a right angle, push the forearm down towards the ground. Hold stretch for 30sec. Then repeat on the other side.
