Lying Bent Leg Oblique Twist

Preparation:

Lying supine on the floor or mat, body in the sit up position. Interlock you hands behind your head.

Execution:

Bring both of your knees and hips to one side maintaining shoulder blades flat on the mat. Hold for 30sec. Repeat on the opposite side.
