Standing Rear Lift Chest Stretch

Preparation:

You can either sit down or stand up make sure your up tall. Bringing your arms behind your body interlocking your fingers.

Execution:

Bring your arms up gently behind you till you feel a stretch. Try and keep your body upright. Hold stretch for 30sec.
