Praying Wrist Flexor Stretch

Preparation:

Standing with your palms together, in front of your body with your fingers extended up.

Execution:

Tilt the fingers so they face towards the chest. Slowly move your hands away from your body, until you feel a stretch. Hold stretch for 30sec
