Lying Crossover Stretch

Preparation:

Lying on your back on the floor/mat with your arms out to the side. Legs together. Lift one leg straight up.

Execution:

Lower the leg to the opposite side, crossing over the body. Keep leg roughly 90degrees to the body. Hold for 30sec. Repeat on the opposite side.
